Shipping policy

About the shipping costs

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible and shipped with DHL. You can enter your delivery address when placing your order. If your order is received before 14:00 (German time), it will be dispatched on the same day.

You can check the availability of our products on the page of the respective product. If we discover after receiving your order that your ordered product is no longer in stock, we will contact you by e-mail and, if desired, offer an alternative or cancel the order.

Germany:

For delivery within Germany, shipping costs are waived from 39€ otherwise a maximum of 3.95€.

Europe:

Within Europe, shipping costs are waived from a purchase value of 79€. Otherwise 3.95€.

About returns

You have 30 days after you have taken possession of the goods to cancel your order and return it free of charge. You can find more information on this in our withdrawal policy.

We ask you to pack the products securely so that no damage can occur during shipping.
